Krapheno — Meta Ad Account Connection
What Information Is Stored
When you connect a Meta ad account to Krapheno, the following information is captured and stored:

Alongside this, Krapheno stores the campaign performance data and governance decision records associated with your connected campaign, as described in the Privacy Policy and the data-processing explainer.
How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to: admin@krapheno.com
Include the Meta ad account or agency connection you'd like deleted. Krapheno does not currently offer a self-service deletion control inside the product — all deletion requests are handled by email.
What Happens Next
- Your request is received and the associated connection is identified (the Meta user ID and/or agency/campaign connection you specify).
- The stored OAuth session and connection records (
meta_oauth_sessions,agency_meta_connections) associated with your connection are deleted. Governance decision records associated with your campaign are not deleted as part of this process: Krapheno's decision ledger is append-only by database-level design and does not support deletion of individual decision records once recorded. - Connection records are scoped to
agency_id, so erasure is structurally clean — removing one agency's connection records does not affect any other agency's connection data. (Decision ledger records use separate, organization-scoped identifiers and are unaffected by a connection-deletion request, per item 2 above.)
Timeline
Deletion is processed within 30 days of a verified request, consistent with Krapheno's Privacy Policy.
