What Krapheno Collects
Krapheno's decision ledger — the SmritiTree — does not collect personal data of natural persons. It records organisational decisions: agent identifiers, campaign parameters, policy references, and verdicts. No end-consumer personal data is ever ingested into the ledger.
Separately, when an agency representative connects a Meta ad account, Krapheno's Meta OAuth integration captures that individual's Meta display name and an access token authorizing campaign data retrieval (see "What Is Processed" below). This connection data is distinct from — and is not written into — the decision ledger itself.
What Is Processed
Organisational and campaign data submitted by agency operators via the Krapheno API.
API keys stored as SHA-256 hashes — the original key is never retained.
Governed decision records: immutable, append-only, hash-chained.
Meta OAuth connection data: the connecting individual's Meta display name and an access token, used only to retrieve their authorized ad account's campaign data. See Data Deletion Instructions for how to request removal of this data.
Your Rights
Agency operators may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their organisational data. Deletion is processed within 30 days. Meta connection records are isolated using agency_id, so their deletion is structurally clean — removing one agency's connection records does not affect any other agency's connection data. Governance ledger records use a separate, organization_id-based governance identity model and are not erased by a connection-deletion request: they remain append-only and immutable by database-level design, and are unaffected by the deletion of any agency's Meta connection records.
