Terms of Service
Krapheno — Governance-as-Code Platform
1. What This Agreement Covers
These Terms of Service govern your use of Krapheno's Meta ad account connection capability ("AP-1"): connecting an agency's Meta ad account and a single campaign within it to Krapheno, so that campaign performance and governance data can be displayed in a client-facing Trust Portal. The connection flow is: Meta OAuth authorization → ad account selection → campaign selection → Trust Portal display of retrieved campaign data.
These terms apply to the agency representative who initiates this connection, and to the operation of the resulting Trust Portal. They do not describe or govern any capability beyond the connection and display flow above.
2. What Krapheno Does
Once a Meta ad account and campaign are connected, Krapheno:
- ·Retrieves the connected campaign's performance data (spend, reach, impressions, pacing against budget) and metadata (dates, status, budget, currency) from Meta's Marketing API.
- ·Displays that data, alongside the governance decisions recorded against the campaign, in a Trust Portal accessible via a unique link generated for that connection.
- ·Does not modify, create, or delete any Meta ad account, campaign, ad set, or ad. Krapheno's connection to Meta is read-only in current operation: no implemented capability performs a write, create, update, or delete request against Meta's Marketing API.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Krapheno's Meta connection capability only to:
- ·Connect a Meta ad account and campaign that you or your agency are authorized to access.
- ·View the resulting performance and governance data for your own legitimate business purposes.
You may not:
- ·Use the connection flow to access, or attempt to access, a Meta ad account you are not authorized to manage.
- ·Attempt to circumvent, probe, or interfere with the OAuth authorization flow, the Trust Portal access mechanism, or any other part of the service.
- ·Use the service in any way that would violate Meta's own Platform Terms or Developer Policies.
4. Your Responsibilities
- ·You are responsible for the accuracy of any authorization you grant through Meta's OAuth consent screen, and for ensuring you are entitled to grant Krapheno access to the Meta ad account you connect.
- ·You are responsible for safeguarding any Trust Portal link generated for your connection, since it is the access mechanism for that portal's data.
- ·You are responsible for revoking Krapheno's access — via Meta's own Business Integrations settings — if you no longer wish Krapheno to retrieve data from a connected ad account.
5. Service Limitations
- ·Krapheno's current capability is limited to the connection, retrieval, and display flow described in Section 2. It does not include campaign editing, budget management, or any other write capability against your Meta ad account. The OAuth authorization requests only read-only access to your ad account data (the ads_read permission); no broader permission is currently requested.
- ·Krapheno does not currently provide an account login or authentication system of its own for agency representatives. Access to a Trust Portal is via the unique link generated for that specific connection, not via a username/password or other account credential.
- ·Krapheno makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
6. Data Handling
Krapheno's handling of the information captured during the Meta OAuth connection flow — including your Meta display name and access token — is described in the Privacy Policy and, for deletion requests specifically, the Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Changes to These Terms
